ARTIST'S PROFILE
Skalski grew up in Schenectady, NY. He attended the Boston Museum School of Fine Arts before earning a BFA at Syracuse University and a MS in Art Education at SUNY New Paltz, retired from Monticello Central School District as Chairman of the High School Art Dept. He sees himself as a social observer and critic whose interest lies in expressing people's thoughts and feelings.
